Canonical Developers Aim To Get Android Apps Running On Ubuntu

Canonical eventually plan to publish the environment's source code to the Linux community in an effort to help build momentum around the project and accelerate development. Along with being both beneficial to end users and hardware manufacturers, the ability to use Android software on a conventional Linux distro may also help to bolster app development thanks to the increased portability of the Android applications.
